We have a return policy of 7 days which means you have a week after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed and in its original packaging. You will also be required to show a proof of purchase. To initiate the return process, you can contact us at email@example.com. If you fit the return criteria, we shall send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a mail requesting a return shall not be accepted.
In case you receive a product in damaged condition or the product is defective or in rare cases, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right.
We do not accept return on sale items and gift cards. Once your return request is recieved, inspected and approved, we shall notify you and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please understand that it may take some time for us to initiate the refund.
